The EPQ Log is vitally important when it comes to awarding a grade related to your Extended Project. Every single section and page must be FULLY completed.

The student is responsible for keeping//updating/maintaining the EPQ Log - NOT the EPQ Supervisor. See/locate the EPQ Log guidance.

(1) If you fail to sign the first page of the EPQ Log you will be given a fail grade.
(2) If you fail to complete the contents page you can lose marks.
(3) The more depth you display in all pages - the better grade you can expect. A single word/sentence explanation is not good enough (this also relates to your EPQ Supervisors comments).
(4) The reflection page is vitally important when it comes to assessment. Quality and care is needed.

The deadline for submission of the EPQ Log and project is St Valentine's Day 2010. If I am given the accessed/moderated project one second late it will not be examined. I do not/cannot give extensions of time.
