Friday: The first quarter-final of the day was a close contest between two excellent teams, both of whom showed themselves to be worthy finalists. In the end, despite excellent work from Kasey/Jade, it was Melissa/Daniel who won through to the semi-final after showing an excellent ability to think on their feet when questioned by the judge.

Wednesday: The quarter-finalists for this block were decided in two exceptionally close contests, continuing a week of very impressive moots from this block.

First, both Melissa/Daniel and Katie/Megan gave very strong, highly-scored presentations. The judges found it very difficult to reach a decision, even after a summing up from each side. In the end, the victory was awarded to Melissa/Daniel by a very narrow margin.  

In the second moot both Nicola/Charley and Kasey/Jade produced exceptional performances, both teams demonstrating that they would be serious contenders in the quarter-final. However, Kasey/Jade eventually won through by a very narrow margin.

Tuesday: The week continued with another incredibly close contest between Kasey/Jade and Deya/Rob. Both teams performed exceptionally well and showed a very good understanding of the law, leaving the three judges split. Following a summing up from each side, Kasey/Jade won by a very narrow margin, after a very focussed summing up by Kasey.

Monday: The first moot of the week was an incredibly close contest with Nicola/Charley narrowly defeating Victoria/Andrew after very strong performances from all four mooters.
