Laws students have just one piece of homework every three weeks (work is also set for vacations - but then you are at home and have plenty of time). You will only be given extra homework if you miss a lesson (to make up for what you have missed) or if you fail to meet homework deadlines.

To keep laws homework to a minimum - attend all classes and meet homework deadlines. You will also have a Mock Exam/Essay question in class once a week - this requires some prior [question planning). Read and precis - is not homework, it is a minimum requirement in preparation for lectures. Do it in College (you all have around 10-14 hours a week free in College).

College guidance expresses that for every hour you work in class, you should be given one hour of work outside of class. You do not have 'free periods' - you have opportunities to do work outside of class.  On this basis, Laws students need to be given more work. I will look into it (smile).

Remember: The key to success, is the work you do outside of class.
