The Department of Laws has been invited, by Shaun Aston the new Head of History, to work with him to establish a Trip to the USA (Washington). This is expected to take place in March 2010 for US/UK Politics and interested US History students. The approx cost of the USA trip per student is £650. This involves flights to the USA, 6 days/5 nights in Washington - staying in an Hotel within a "reasonable distance" of the White House.

We are hoping to visit:

US Congress, Supreme Court, Ford's Theatre, The Washington Monument, Arlington National Cemetery, and the Pentagon.
